In 2007, we established IVA Tutors as a professional financial training company to provide opportunities for individuals to operate their own business.
Our team has over 40 years practical experience in the financial services market. This experience included time spent devising and delivering training courses for a major high street bank.
We have experienced first hand the difficulties in supporting individuals who are in financial trouble. It is this experience together with an excellent knowledge of the debt management and collection process that we can share with you.

We can teach you about this industry and also provide on going support to ensure our knowledge is embedded into your day to day activities.
Course Location: Training is conducted at your home or office location. Where there is a requirement for a conference or meeting room, such arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the client.
Group Size: Our fee covers instruction for up to 12 delegates in one group. Larger groups can be accommodated subject to negotiation.
Travelling and Accommodation: No travelling or accommodation charges are made when training courses are conducted for individuals. However, where the booking is for group tuition, our trainer will normally stay the previous night in a budget hotel near to your location. This precaution is necessary to avoid the considerable inconvenience that would be caused if your tutor should be delayed by accidents/incidents/road-works etc. This is in the client's interest and we normally add this modest accommodation charge.
Course Duration: The IVA training course takes 1 full day and can be conducted (at no extra cost) on a Saturday or Sunday.
Payment: The course fee is one-off £1950 and there are no ongoing charges. We accept payment by electronic bank transfer, cheque and we accept most credit and charge cards through Paypal.
Bookings: Bookings should be discussed and agreed by telephone and then confirmed by email please.
Payment: Upon receipt of a £500 deposit, your booking will be confirmed by email. The balance of the course fee is payable on the day of training. We accept most credit and charge cards through Paypal and cheques.
